Information for Angel Investors who may be interested in joining Oregon Sustainability Angels
OSA welcomes angel investors who are looking to invest in “sustainable” ventures in Oregon and SW Washington. Emerging “sustainable” industries, include such areas as clean energy, green building, alternative transportation, pollution prevention and treatment, etc.
Since Oregon Sustainability Angels members are also members of Northwest Energy Angels (NWEA), which is based in Seattle, members will have access to all of the regional clean energy deal flow generated by NWEA.
To join OSA, you must be an “accredited investor” as defined by SEC regulations.
